What is a Fractional COO?

I'll deal with the "fractional" part first. This is simply a part-time contractor. Next, COO stands for Chief Operations Officer.

Why is hiring an FCOO a good option?

Well, it's not always the best option. It depends on the company. 

However, if you are a growing small to medium sized business and you are the Owner/CEO, "Chief Everything Officer" then you may need executive leadership help.

But this can get expensive quickly.

So, hiring an FCOO can help focus your team on the most important things to scale the company while keeping your overhead low and giving your more time to do the things that only you can do to grow the company.

What is the 3P framework?

This is a framework that maximizes your greatest and most valuable asset to your business, your people

I teach and coach them to be the best version of themselves so that they can produce the best processes to follow and increase productivity! 

Logistically, it's a 12 week course that I lead company leaders through on a weekly basis.

It's highly interactive and the best part is, we focus on your business as we go through it.

So, all the assignments help you maximize the day to day operations as we go!

Then, at the end of it your team will have a customized operations Management System (OMS) ready to implement and so much more.

Is the 3P Framework your only service?

No.

My 3P Operations Framework is a guide to how I perform all my services for my clients. 

Do you work virtual or in-person?

Both!

However, to maximize time and budget if you are not located locally then I will work with you and your team virtually.

What's the backstory for your name?

When my family and I started our entrepreneurship journey we wanted a name that would reflect our top core value, our faith in God and His word to lead and guide us and our clients.

So, we chose to use the verse Matthew 10:29-31 as our inspiration and reminder to rely on our Heavenly Father for His provision and desires through this business, not our own.

It talks about how God provides for even the sparrows and then reminds us that, "are you not worth more than many sparrows?"

We have a 3 person family so, it just made sense.
